How do I keep my rates so competitive?
Being self-employed means I can guarantee on delivering the best job, with the least amount of overheads, as is reflected in my pricing and quality of work.
Where do I service?
I'm based Northside, but operate all over Brisbane, typically as far south as Logan, as far north as Burpengary, and between Wynnum and Ipswich.
How do I clean the gutters?
As more thoroughly described in the services page, your gutters are cleaned by hand, roof and valleys cleared of debris, leaf blown after to clean anything remaining, and then augured to clear any blocked downpipes, as there's no point cleaning the leaves out if the pipes are blocked! I also inspect for any damage, and take before and after photos so you can be guaranteed an immaculate job.
Am I insured?
I'm fully insured up to $20m public liability. If you're getting a quote and would like proof, I'm always happy to send through the certificate of currency.
Are you careful around my property?
I understand that your house is incredibly important to you (hence you wanting to make sure the gutters are cleared). As such I ensure that I treat it with respect from setting up, through to clean up. Anything that ends up on the ground gets raked and put into my garden bags, and dirt on paths/stairs etc gets hosed clean.
How long does it usually take to hear back from you?
I most commonly reply within the day, sometimes hours (depending on if I've finished up on the roof for the day), or if it's the weekend it can take up to 2 days. I understand how frustrating it can be waiting days on end for a tradie to reply, so that's why I ensure to make sure I get back to you ASAP.
