What's included:

• Careful gutter clean by hand

  • In most cases a leaf blower is only used right at the end to get the last small bits of debris. In almost all cases I never use the leaf blower for the whole job as it just creates more mess, and in this instance I will always consult with the client first.

• All debris removed from the roof/valleys

  • This happens at the start of the job, as there's no point clearing the gutters without the roof being done too (debris will just go straight back into the gutter)

• Free small repairs with a gutter clean, including any cracked tiles/leaking gutters and downpipes (typically with roofing silicone)

• Photos taken before/after for peace of mind, and so that you can see the condition of the gutters

  • These get sent at the end of the job via Text.

  • I pride myself on my personability and making the job as stress-free for you as possible. There will never be any extra hidden charges, and in the rare case the job looks like it's got more work involved than anticipated, I will always make sure we've agreed on an updated price before commencing the work. Upon completion of the job, I will let you know how the job went and if there was anything unusual I noticed.
